We really value your decision for considering us. We at Homoeoforce assure you that all your personal information (name, e-mail, address) remains confidential with us. Your personal information/treatment details/reports are only available with your attending physician and will also be completely secure in our patient database system, once you have started with the treatment. Any information shared by you through mail, e-mail or phone will never be disclosed to any other patient, person or company without your consent.

Terms & Conditions

  • The patient/parent can enquire about the prescribed medications, but no explanations will be provided for the prescriptions.

  • In case the patient misses 2 appointments, then the 3rd appointment will be scheduled after 10 days.

  • It is the duty of the patient/parent to ask for the follow-up appointment, as it is not possible for us to accurately calculate when the patient has started or completed the given course of medicines.

  • We will appreciate if the logged in patients can preferably e-mail us to ask for an appointment or in case of any need/help, as communicating via e-mails, allows us to maintain the treatment records in a much systematic manner.

  • The patient/parent has to call us at the time of the appointment that has been scheduled for them.

  • Indian nationals, who are residing outside India or are tax payee in any other country, will be treated as an International patient and hence the treatment charges for the International patients will be applicable. In case of any doubt, the patient /parent will be requested to send the proof for the same.

  • The refund will only be approved if any proof of payment is attached along with the request for refund.

  • Certain limitations are involved in an online treatment hence we are also dependent on the information provided by the patient/parent. Although we try to bridge all the limitations by intensive case analysis. Therefore, we expect the patients to provide us with the detailed information regarding the disease, history of disease, the medicines currently being used.

  • The biggest limitation in online treatment is that in case of any emergency, we will not be able to examine the patient. Hence, we expect the patient to take a proactive role in treating the acute emergency condition by contacting the local hospital. In such a scenario our clinic (attending physician)will not be responsible for eventuality or consequences resulting from any such eventuality.

  • Homeopathic medicines are highly diluted and do not cause any side effects if taken under guidance.

  • The refund policy and the terms of use can change at any given time without any prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • It is the responsibility of the patient to check if the homeopathic medicines are allowed by the custom department in their country.

  • Medicines will be sent by Indian postal services, to the places where sending the medicines by courier is not possible.

  • If the patient has not received the medicines on time then we shall be resending the medicines after verifying the cause of delay.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY
We always strive to provide our patients with the most professional services; But under any circumstance, if the patient wishes to have a refund for the treatment or the medicines provided, that can be availed as per our Refund Policy below:-

  1. The refund policy is applicable to our online patients worldwide.

  2. 80% of the total amount deposited can be refunded, if the request for the refund has been initiated within 24 hours of making a payment. It will be subjected to the condition where the patient has not availed the telephonic consultation,by any physician from our clinic.

  3. 50% of the amount deposited will be refunded if the request for refund is made within one week of receiving the medicines (subjected to the condition that the unused medicines are returned to us within one week from the day, request has been initiated)

  4. To initiate a refund , the patient has to e-mail us regarding the same mentioning the cause of the request, along with an attached proof of payment.

  5. No refund will be approved if the patient feels better before the completion of the treatment plan.

  6. No refund will be made if the patient does not revert back with the filled up rating form/case form within 15 days from the day the form has been e-mailed to them.

  7. For delivery of medicines nationally , we use the best courier services as an effort to provide you with the medicines in the shortest possible span. Therefore, no refund will be possible if the medicines get delayed due to courier/postal issues, as we also depend upon their services completely and we do not have any control over the same.

  8. Delivery of medicines outside India is subjected to various climatic conditions, festivals , unpredictable political conditions and custom regulations, therefore refund will not be given on delayed delivery of medicines. But, we do ensure if the dispatch is late we will resend the medicines by the best possible means.

  9. Refunds will only be made by cheque, within 45 days of the approval of refund from the clinic.

  10. Amount once paid is non refundable for the walk-in patients.

  11. Refund is only possible for people who are making payment for the first time .The privilege of refund is not available for patients who have made a recurring payment.
